The results from the protocols of the Regional Electoral Commissions (REC) or the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Select a region or "nation-wide" from the menu. In the page for the respective region you will find the general data from the protocols of REC/CEC and the distribution of the valid votes and the mandates among the parties / coalitions / independent candidates. Aggregate size for one region: 15KB.

The results from the Precinct Electoral Commissions (PEC) in the region You can reach the page from "Table of contents" or from "Detailed results" for the respective region. In the page you will find the general data from the PEC protocols and the distribution of the valid votes among the parties / coalitions / independent candidates by polling stations grouped by communes. The page contains several "windows", that show the data from up to 17 polling stations. A vertical scrollbar allows you to see the whole information from the respective protocols. Aggregate size per region - varies from 40 KB up to 100 KB. Time is needed both for file transfer on INTERNET and for the computer to calculate and to display the page. It might be necessary to wait longer!

List of candidates of parties and coalitions, registered in the region You can reach the page from "Table of contents", from "Brief results" or from "Detailed results" for the respective region. Together with the independent candidates the page contains a complete candidates list for every party or coalition, registered in the region. Aggregate size per region - up to 18 KB.
Presentation of the results by graphs, pies etc. In the page you will find the distribution of the valid votes of the main political forces as well as the distribution of the seats in the Parliament by bars, pies etc. Aggregate size- 25 KB.
Remark 1. The volume of the data to be transferred on INTERNET is shown in order to allow the client to evaluate the transfer time depending on the current transfer speed.
Remark 2. The PEC protocols are shown by "Opera" browser entirely, not in "windows" with vertical scrollbars.

The results reproduced in the pages are based on the official CEC data. According to the technology adopted they are obtained after two independent computer tabulations of the PEC protocols - one in REC and one in CEC. Consequently a computerized comparison of the outputs is performed and the CEC decides on each discrepancy between the two tabulations.
