Second round results.  
Nation-wide and regional results. Select an electoral region or "nation-wide" from the menu. The page of an electoral region contains general data and the distribution of the valid votes among the candidates. You will find also 4 graphics for results in Round I. Aggregate size for one region: 30KB.

The results from Round I of the Precinct Electoral Commissions (PEC) in the region. You can reach the page from "Table of contents" or from "Detailed results" for the respective region. In the page you will find the general data from Round I and the distribution of the valid votes among the candidates by polling stations grouped by communes. The page contains several "windows", that show the data from up to 17 polling stations. A vertical scrollbar allows you to see the whole information from the respective protocols. PEC location can be displayed by placing the cursor on the polling station number. Aggregate size per region - varies from 30 KB up to 55 KB. Time is needed both for file transfer on INTERNET and for the computer to calculate and to display the page. It might be necessary to wait longer!
Transfer of all data from Round I and Round II of the the elections. The data are in a .zip file. BDS Cyrillic in ASCII code (under DOS) and BDS Cyrillic in ANSI code (under WINDOWS) is used. Size of the file - 1350KB.

Remark 1. The volume of the data to be transferred on INTERNET is shown in order to allow the client to evaluate the transfer time depending on the current transfer speed.
Remark 2. The PEC protocols are shown by "Opera" browser entirely, not in "windows" with vertical scrollbars.
Remark 3. "Demetra" LTD took responsibility for the election count in the early hours of November 13 under emergency contract with the CEC. By that moment CEC had canceled the initial data input at regional level, whence direct contact with PEC was lost, with it - the opportunity of receiving precise information about changes in PS locations and other relevant details. Thus, the technology, established and tested in several election counts, was not applicable under the circumstances, partially because of very close deadlines due to the Election law. The PEC protocols were introduced twice at CEC.
