The Library welcomes donations
of books and periodicals
related to its profile and unavailable in its fund.

If you want to make a donation, you should inform
the Library staff in advance to arrange the conditions
for it’s realization.

Donation from Eindhoven, The Nedherlands

In June 2006 the library of Institute of Mathematics and Informatics received a donation of periodicals .It is a grant from University of Eindhoven-the Netherlands and is realized with the active mediation of Directorial board of IMI. The collection includes 1177 volumes for approximately 780 060,50 $. For its transportation 1801 leva were paid.

This donation gives an opportunity to complete the missing issues or whole volumes of titles, which the Library of IMI has been receiving for years by subscription, exchange, gift. Completing the collections of such publicaions is very important to the Library, because it concerns some of the most significant journals pertinent to the Library's profile:

Discrete mathematics
IEEE Trans. Inf. Theory
Bulletin of the Institute of Combinatorics and applications
Designs, Codes and Cryptography
Journal of Comb. Theory
Journal of Discrete Algorithms
Geometrica dedicate и други.

The donation contains some new titles like Bulletin of the Institute of Combinatorics its Applications, Proceedings of the Koninklijke Nederlande Akad. Wetenschappen S.A. Mathematical Sciences.
