Dear Participants in CTF-2010,

There is one week left to the beginning of the conference. Below are some issues concerning the conference.

The Conference Program is ready and is published on the Conference site. The abstracts of the talks are available on the Conference site.

Please, notice that there are no black/white boards available for presenting talks. The lecturers should prepare their presentation either for computer (e.g., PDF or PowerPoint files) or on slides for overhead projector. In addition, flipcharts are available.

The Conference place is the House of Bulgarien Red Cross, its address is: Sozopol, Cherno More 1 (which means Black See Str. 1). The Registration on place will start on June 3, 2010, 9:00 a.m. local time at the Conference site. Only cash payments in BGN, EURO or USD are accepted.

Participants in CTF-2010, who arrive at Bourgas Airport, can use bus no. 15 to get to Bourgas. The bus operates in intervals of 25 minutes from 5:30 to 20:00, and then in 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00 local time; the ticket price is 1 BGN. The last bus stop is the South Bourgas Bus Station. There, from platform 2 one can take a minibus to Sozopol. The minibuses to Sozopol operate in intervals of 30 minutes, the ticket price is about 6 BGN. One can also take a taxi from Bourgas to Sozopol, the price should be 20-25 BGN.

Here is some information for the participants in CTF-2010 who have not arranged their accommodation in Sozopol. The following hotels are in walking distance to the conference place:

• Hotel "Villa List" offers rooms at the following prices: single room: 51 BGN; double room 73 BGN (76 BGN for rooms with sea view). The participants in CTF-2010 are eligible to 15% discount (please, indicate when booking).
• Hotel "Parnasse" offers rooms at the following prices: single room or double: 60 BGN; luxury room 70 BGN; studio 80. The participants in CTF-2010 are eligible to 10% discount (please, indicate when booking).
• Hotel "Coral" offers rooms at the following prices: single room: 55 BGN; double room: 70BGN (add 10 BGN for room with sea view). The participants in CTF-2010 are eligible to 15% discount (please, indicate when booking). Reservations by e-mail at: hotelcoral@abv.bg.

The prices for the hotels above include breakfast.

• Rooms are also available at "Arena" Hotel (**), which is located just to the conference place.
