The series of conferences on Constructive Theory of Functions traditionally held in Bulgaria in 1970, 1977, 1981, 1984, 1987, 1991, 2002, 2005, 2008 and 2010 continues. The primary objective of CTF - 2013 Conference is to bring together leading members of the international community of scientists working in the field of Approximation Theory, Numerical Analysis and their computational aspects. It is dedicated to the 80-th anniversary of the founder of the Bulgarian school on Approximation theory Blagovest Sendov and to the memory of his student and our dear friend and colleague Vasil Popov, who would be 70 years of age in 2012 if he did not passed away in 1990.
