REGISTRATION FEE: for on-line participation is EURO 60.

 

 

 

SUBMISSIONS: Authors are invited to submit full version papers in IEEE style (at most six pages) by e-mail to peter@math.bas.bg (Peter Boyvalenkov). Each paper will be reviewed by 2 or 3 experts (members of Organizing Committee will join the review process; additional reviewers will be involved). Incomplete papers (like announcements of results) will not be accepted. An acceptance rate of 50-55% is expected. Conference proceedings will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library which is indexed by SCOPUS.
