Abstract: People with disabilities are humans as all others. They have their own biological, intellectual, cultural etc needs. Satisfying those needs is often hindered by the lack of understanding and adequate physical and digital access to the corresponding resources, buildings, institutions and organizations. This article considers the present state of flowing processes in the tourism, and the accessibility of the Bulgarian tourist places.
