Title: Reviving the Thracian Heritage at the Begliktash Sanctuary: Admired, Problemed, Real
Authors: Diana Radoynova

Abstract: The article presents one of the most interesting archaeological sites in the Burgas region - the Thracian sanctuary Begliktash near the town of Primorsko. It was discovered by archaeologists only in the early 21st century. An attempt was made to trace his short journey from complete obscurity to a popular tourist destination, a scene of various attractions and local cultural value. Tourist visits undoubtedly enliven the Thracian sanctuary. The issue is whether each attraction turns it into a "living cultural heritage".
