Project Goals
The main aspects in the work within the project are as follows:
- Development of new specialized mathematical tools for studying nonlinear dynamical systems involving uncertainties
- Development of software tools for studying nonlinear dynamical systems involving uncertain (interval and fuzzy) parameters and their implementation in advanced computer algebra systems environment
- Application of the above mentioned and other suitable tools to model-based study of bioprocesses and biosystems
- Asymptotic stabilization of nonlinear dynamical systems involving uncertainties (feedback control)
- Investigation of protein structures and functions (Contact Map Overlap)
