The Proceedings of Third International Workshop "Transform Methods &
Special Functions' AUBG'99" will be published as a special issue of
vol. 2 (1999) of the
new international journal "Fractional Calculus &
Applied Analysis" (FCAA Journal)
, ISSN 1311-0454, publ. by the Institute of Mathematics & Informatics, Bulg. Acad. Sciences - Sofia.

All the details on the journal, incl. Editorial Board, Topics, Contents
and Abstracts of published papers, Hot News (Information on Meetings,

As a brand new journal, "FCAA" meets all the known difficulties in distribution and popularization. It is run with no financial help from
any organization (only private donations and symbolical help via Research Project) and
to survive relays only to the good will of readers and
authors
to support it by arranging institutional (libraries) or private subscriptions. Advertising leaflets, subscription details, order forms,
etc. will be sent on request.
Any help in its popularization and distribution will be welcome!

The papers intended for the Proceedings "TMSF, AUBG'99" should meet all the requirements (Instructions to Authors) for the "FCAA Journal":

They should be prepared in LaTeX or AMSTeX (Plain TeX) and presented obligatory with the source files, on a diskette or sent by e-mail. Use
the LaTeX's "\documentstyle[11pt]{article}" and page size
"\textwidth 13.6cm, \textheight 20cm", or TeX with style "amsppt.sty" and magnification "\magstephalf". An Abstract (5-10 lines), AMS Subj. Class.,
Key Words and Phrases are obligatory for the beginning. Recommendable size
is up to 10 pages.

Sample files "lxfcaa1.tex", "txfcaa1.tex" and special auxiliary style-files "lxstyle.tex", "txstyle.tex" can be download from here, or asked to be sent
by e-mail.

All the submitted papers will pass through peer-reviewing process before their acceptance. The deadline for presentation, together with source files, will be during the meeting (13-20 August, 1999) but earlier submissions (hardcopies by post + files by e-mail, or on a diskette) will facilitate
us and speed the process of reviewing / acceptance and final preparation of the volume.

As announced, the additional fee for publication in "TMSF, AUBG"99" (Proc. 3rd Internat. Workshop) and receiving a copy of the volume, is USD 40.
