Abstact:
Positive education is a strategy for developing an educational environment that, in addition to training in a well-established academic program, develops well-being and social responsibility skills, focusing on the strengths of the individual. Adequate career guidance for students determines the direction of their life path and development as successful individuals in civil society. The synergy between positive psychology and traditional education creates an appropriate environment in which the student can make a conscious, informed, and independent choice of education, profession and career path.
