A special volume dedicated to the founder of the Bulgarian school on Approximation theory Blagovest Sendov and to the memory of his student Vasil Popov with papers based on the conference lectures will be published by the Publishing House of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Every participant may submit one manuscript. The manuscripts has to be no longer than 20 pages typeset according to our style.

Manuscripts should be sent by October 15, 2013, to the organizers at ctf2013@math.bas.bg.
