The book is the first volume of the series "Informatics Library", edited by the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians (UBM). By it the UBM starts the initiative to popularize Informatics and to develop activities in favor of students and teachers. The book contains the problems and solutions from the 24th Bulgarian National Olympiad in Informatics, which includes 3 rounds - the most prestigious Bulgarian competition in Informatics.  The authors of the tasks are members of the Team for extra curricula research, which is a specialized body of the UBM, providing for the scientific part of the competitions.
