About the project: The main objective of this project is to carry out fundamental research by young scientists, PhD students and post-doc in the fields of mathematics, information and communication technologies (ICT), medical sciences and humanities to acquire new knowledge about fundamental causes of phenomena, Concerning the study of heart rate variability and hence the health status of the individual as well as its integration into the scientific society. The aim is to create tools, models and modules for using, studying and analyzing heart rate variability sequences derived from real holter data added to functionality for people with sensor deficits.

The main goal of the project will be achieved by solving the tasks:
  • Exploring global experience in the field of heart rate variability analysis;
  • Investigation of approaches, means and methods for creation of information bases of physiological data;
  • Creating Models and Modules for Analysis of HRV Sequences with Functionality for People with sensor Deficiency;
  • Testing the module for analysis of HRV sequences with functionality for people with sensor deficits with the participation of a member of the scientific team that has this problem.
