Selected papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of Pliska Studia Mathematica Bulgarica after the conference.
The conference organisers cordially invite their colleagues to participate in the 17th International Summer Conference on Probability and Statistics, to be held in Pomorie, Bulgaria, from 25 June to 1 July 2016.

All topics within the Aims and Scope of the ISCPS will be considered for oral and poster presentation.
Topics includes, but not limited to: Probability theory; Statistical Inference; Branching processes; Stochastic processes; Probabilistic and statistical analysis of discrete data; Robust and nonparametric statistics; Extreme value modeling;Time series analysis; Asymptotic methods in stochastics; Econometric modelling and financial mathematics; Stochastic modelling and risk analysis; Reliability; Statistical methods in genetics and systems biology; Monte Carlo methods; Computer data analysis in applications
Organization and suggestion of possible sessions within the framework of the conference are strongly encouraged.

Bus or taxi from Burgas Airport (8 km). Bus stop in Pomorie is just right to the building of Pomorie Municipality and Hotel Sopharma is about 200 m from there.
From Sofia to Burgas it possible to go by plane or by train (and after that by bus or taxi to Pomorie).
There are also direct buses from Sofia to Pomorie (5 hours, air-conditioning, TV).
Pomorie is a town and seaside resort in Southeastern Bulgaria, located on a narrow rocky peninsula at the Burgas Bay on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is located in Burgas Province, 20 km from Burgas and 18 km from Sunny Beach. The lagoon Lake Pomorie, the northernmost of the Burgas Lakes, lies in the immediate proximity.
