Accessibility is a multidisciplinary field and requires innovation. People with disabilities are often excluded from the cultural life, especially blind people. None of the 55 Bulgarian museums included in the study offers them adequate visualization and interaction. The research is conducted with blind and physically challenged people as participants and combines physical and online tests. The results are collected through online questionnaire. Keywords
