Peer Review Policy
The journal maintains the highest standards of peer review while increasing the efficiency of the process. The practice of peer review is to ensure that only good scientific output is published. This is an objective process at the heart of good scientific publishing and is carried out by all reputable scientific journals.
Review process:
Submission of the article
The corresponding or submitting author sends the article by email.
Editorial evaluation
Editorial experts check the composition and arrangement of the article against the journal's requirements to ensure that it includes the necessary sections and stylizations. At this stage, the originality of the article is checked using several anti-plagiarism tools and services. The English language is also checked by a language expert.
Evaluation by the editor-in-chief
The editor-in-chief checks whether the article is suitable for the journal and is sufficiently original and interesting. Otherwise, the article may be rejected without further review. Manuscripts rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have serious scientific flaws, or are outside the aims and scope of the journal. Those that meet the minimum criteria are usually forwarded to at least two experts for review.
Invitation to reviewers
The journal uses double-blind peer review, where the referee and the author remain anonymous throughout the process. All articles are reviewed by external reviewers. Referees are associated with a given article according to their expertise.
The editor's decision is final
The referees advise the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article. Members of the international editorial boards provide advice and guidance to the editors-in-chief in general and assist in making decisions on specific materials.
Final decision
The final decision to accept or reject the article will be sent to the author together with the recommendations made by the reviewers.
