Abstact:
The article examines some of the existing challenges faced by the museum community in Bulgaria regarding the use of various modern tools and technologies in the daily work process. The text also presents some of the potential possibilities for solutions, as well as approaches to increase the level of digital literacy of museum workers in the country, and the results are based on an empirical sociological study conducted on quot;Digitalization as a factor for the development of museums in Bulgariaquot;, which is held in the period from February 2020 to November 2023.
