The Rore of Photomontage for Visual Impact in Advertising

Abstact:
This article is overview in nature and as the title suggests, examines the role of photomontage for visual impact in advertising. The set research goal is to analyze the possible creative approaches in the creation of impactful advertising images - photomontages. Special emphasis is placed on forms of montage in print advertising from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present day. The study traces the chronology of events, provides summary information and analyzes the dynamics in the development of phenomena and processes over time, citing eloquent examples of the benefits of using photomontage in advertising.
