Abstact:
This text is dedicated to four icons in the exposition of Ikonomov House, Dryanovo. On them are painted: the Holy Mother of God with the Infant, the Lord Jesus Christ in the composition Deisis, St. John the Baptist, St. Petka/ Paraskevi and St. Nedelya/Kyriaki. They were transferred to Dryanovo from the church "St. Dimitar" in the village of Dlagnya and restored at the end of the 20th century. The compilers of the exposition point out that their author is Dosyu Koyuv, a painter from Tryavna. After reviewing and analyzing the images, the text launches the idea that the author is not one and is not Dosyu Koyuv, but the icons were painted by other painters from the school of Tryavna. The hypothesis is presented that the icons have been part of the old iconostasis in Dlagnya. An unknown icon from the Tryavna school is published – of St. Petka/ Paraskevi and St. Nedelya/ Kyriaki.
