Participation fees

 

The Registration Fees are:  175 EURO (or equiv. amount of USD and BG levas).

 

These are to cover:     

 

•  Conference materials

•  Volume of Proceedings

•  Coffee breaks

•  Welcome reception

•  Conference Banquet

•  Meals (Lunches and Suppers, 5 days x 10 EURO= 50 EURO);  

•  Sightseeing City Tour                     

•  Institute’s facilities and service

•  Etc. 

 

 

These do not include hotel accommodation!

(Several 3- and 4-stars hotels  are available in very close neighborhood of the Institute as Conference venue, offering all facilities. The prices for the 3-stars hotels vary in the range of 30 to 50 EURO/ night. Details and deadlines for hotel reservation will be given in the Second Announcement. 

 

 

For Students:

the possible reduction is 140 EURO (the difference to be covered by a sponsorship)

 

For Accompanying persons:

120 EURO (with meals), or 70 EURO (without meals) – for the social program.
