Abstract: In the club expedition of Dervent KD to TD "Academic - Veliko Tarnovo" Veliko Tarnovo, led by Evgeni Koev on the lower valley of Osam River, a small cave and rock cut niches were discovered. After extensive research, the existence of a rock cave complex with a purposefully shaped cave - uta-roba, hemispheric rock niches, one of which with an inwardly half-circular rock peacock, without analogy so far in Bulgaria, including trapezoidal rock niches, giving the possibility of a possible reconstruction of the rock sanctuary with the purpose of its particular time. The study and these presented give new directions and raise a number of questions about life and past in today's central northern Bulgaria.
