Title: Historical Routes. The Bulgarian Proto-State - Exarchate and the Tarnovo Constitution
Authors: Petko St. Petkov

Abstract: In the form of a virtual cultural-historical route, this article presents two historical topics. One is related to the first large-scale and organized Bulgarian political movement in the nineteenth century - the struggle for an independent church and the creation of the Bulgarian Exarchate. The second topic is the convening and work of the Constituent Assembly in Tarnovo in 1879, which adopted the first Constitution of the Principality of Bulgaria. The exhibition also shows the connection between the Bulgarian proto-state established in the 1870s - the Exarchate and the new Bulgarian state, based on the Tarnovo Constitution of April 16, 1879.

Authors: Donka Koleva

Abstract: The large numbers of material culture`s objects that originate from Ukrainian territories of the late XIX — mid XX centuries are preserved in Polish museum and archival institutions. The main groups can be distinguished: museum collections of ethnography and art, archival documents and photo libraries (negatives and photo prints). Polish specialists, who have been digitizing such collections for long time, also deal with Ukrainian material, often involving Ukrainian scholars for attribution. A large part of the material is posted online (sometimes as separate projects), which provides an opportunity to get acquainted with Ukrainian cultural heritage of wide audience (most often associated with ethnographic Hutsul and Bojko Regions), for example, photos of Hutsuls and Hutsul life by Gonsiorovsky, Poddembsky, Dutkevych, Senkovsky. Most digitized objects are stored on institutions' servers, and scientists are given access to information during their research. Further usage of these documents by scientists is regulated by the legislation of the European Union and the relevant institution. Within the framework of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation, digital copies are transferred to Ukraine. In this way, the objects of Ukrainian cultural heritage become available for knowledge to the wide audience.

Title: The Prepositions V and U in Bulgatian (on the Subject of Language Development)
Authors: Stefka Petrova

Abstract: One of the relatively common mistakes in written Bulgarian is the misuse of the prepositions V and U, the disappearance of the distinction between them, and the generalization of their semantic similarity. This is manifested primarily in the replacement of the preposition B by U. The work analyzes fully or partially recorded examples with preposition B, and is divided into three groups: 1. Misuse; 2. Possibility for two uses; 3. Use of preposition B instead of other prepositions. The author envisages further validation of the use of preposition B instead of preposition U.

Title: Reviving the Thracian Heritage at the Begliktash Sanctuary: Admired, Problemed, Real
Authors: Diana Radoynova

Abstract: The article presents one of the most interesting archaeological sites in the Burgas region - the Thracian sanctuary Begliktash near the town of Primorsko. It was discovered by archaeologists only in the early 21st century. An attempt was made to trace his short journey from complete obscurity to a popular tourist destination, a scene of various attractions and local cultural value. Tourist visits undoubtedly enliven the Thracian sanctuary. The issue is whether each attraction turns it into a "living cultural heritage".

Title: Dimentions of Contemporary Postmodern Pilgrimage as Glocal Religious Cultural Heritage
Authors: Liana Gulubova

Abstract: Contemporary practices of recreational and confessional travel and visit of sacred sites of various denominations focus multitude of orientations and attitudes regarding religious cultural heritage. Postmodern tourist experience of organisation and research encompasses wide space from local to global, from material to invisible, form forgotten to live heritage, and from sustainable to dynamic, from subjective to generally valid, acknowledged, and human in religious culture and everyday life. Transmission of traditional values and rituals, as well as actualisation of cultural practices basic for religions, confessions, and their communities would be impossible without sacral topoi as a focus of tourist interests, flow of people and dynamic site exploitation, and without development of the reflection on those processes. In regard of adjustment of religious and civic rights, motivations, interests and attitudes for sustainable development and representative identity, not only values of democratic social awareness, geopolitical, national, or ethnic balance are important, but as well the potential of social studies and structures to maintain optimal social policies and care addressing whole variety of uneven statuses.

Title: Rocky Cultural - Historical Heritage "The Holy Path"
Authors: Evgeni Koev

Abstract: The path, on which the relics of St. Ivan (John) of Rila were carried in 1469, from Veliko Tarnovo, through Nicopol and Sofia, to the Rila Monastery, goes through some regions, which have a wide diversity in natural geographical and cultural-historical features. Some of the most impressive parts of the route are the karst regions, in which there is a rock-hewn, cultural-historical heritage that still exists today and is of great interest. The examination and the recording of the data from this pilgrim route The Holy Path would be a good ground for its thorough research, preservation and exposure in a way which would increase its attractiveness.

Title: Why Does Populism Have a Future?
Authors: Tania Glouhtcheva

Abstract: The following research aims to present Populism as a phenomenon and the reasons why it has a future all over the world. The XXI - st century is also known as the "Populist era" (Cas Mudde). Both the left and the right have nothing more to offer and give the people who want something new. The change should also give them security. Populism has a future because it is not an ideology. It "borrows" the most appropriate from the left and the right ideologies and "adjusts" them to people’s problems and gives solutions. Populism is a global phenomenon. Today we are witnessing the 4-th wave which is spreading all over the world. The former 3 waves have been mainly in Latin America, the place which is also considered its cradle, as Ernesto Laclua argues. Many political scientists such as Cas Mudde, have warned about the threat of the rising Populism, at the beginning of the century, but nobody paid attention. Why is Populism becoming more and more popular? The main reason is that it constantly changes. It’s different in every country and always has "the right solutions" to the different problems of the different societies. Hence, it aims not only those who don’t sympathize any political party, but also those who are disappointed, have doubts and those who don’t feel represented. Secondly, the populist leader is always close to the people: he dresses like them, understands their problems, walks among the people and doesn’t have bodyguards. He doesn’t need to say "I am one of you!" because it is obvious. The political scientists talk about "Left Populism" and "Right Populism". The first one is typical for countries with serious social problems – mainly in Latin America. Whereas the second type characterizes the countries with well-developed economies – in Western Europe and the USA. There are not many researches made about the Populism in Bulgaria. Political scientists start using the word in the last decade and it is applicable to all parties. Georgi Karasimeonov and Daniel Smilov, argue that Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha is the first Bulgarian populist leader. Even after his government, the people still look for someone "to save" them, which only proves that Populism is not over and it is something useful because it brings hope. The used methods are: sociological research, taking interviews, analyzing data and deduction. The paper contains the author’s personal researches, made in the University of Sao Paulo, in Brazil

Title: Interdisciplinary Approaches of Studying the Psychosomatic Indicators of Disabled People for the Aims of Medical Programming and Robotics
Authors: Galina Bogdanova, Liana Galabova

Abstract: Constrained public reflection on the regression of glocal critical epidemic situation of spring 2020 provoked visible recent peak of the interest in advisability of direction of cultural priorities to robotics, not only in the fields of health and social care. Necessity of sufficient experience in socio-medical research and practice for achievement of quality innovations in the fields of medical software programming and robotics, recently could be most adequately expressed in mass direct measurements of psychophysical indicators of population on considered and new criteria and with regard of direct public advantages in particular pandemic conditions and in hardly prognosable sociocultural parameters of near future.
